Elizabeth Susan Grimm, 74, of Austin, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026. She was born November 10, 1951 in Kenmore, New York to the late Albert Joseph and Natalie Louise Klinska Litto.
Mrs. Grimm was an active member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville and retired from teaching Math and English at Carlisle High School after 16 years. She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and was even a member of the “Bills Mafia.” Mrs. Grimm loved to cook, bake, can anything she could and she volunteered monthly to cook meals at the Ronald McDonald House in Little Rock.
She was loved by so many and never met a stranger. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Grimm was preceded in death by her brothers, Albert M. and William H. Litto and son-in-law, Dusitn Elmore.
Mrs. Grimm is survived by her husband of 55 years, David Alan Grimm; children, Laura Beth Nobles (Adam), Vanessa Marie Elmore, Christopher James Grimm, Jeffrey Martin Grimm, Brian Michael Grimm (Mandy) and Matthew David Grimm (Kerri) as well as a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Grimm’s honor to Fund the Fur or the Ronald McDonald House.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026 at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville. Inurnment will be 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2026 will be at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
